Do I need to send a deposit to secure my booking?

You will be asked to provide a non-refundable booking retainer. If you wish to cancel a booking, please provide as much notice as possible within allotted time on invoice details.

How and when do I pay?

We do not accept cash, email transfers, or cheques, and credit card payments. if you are booking through a business or charity. Payment must be made before the event, when entertainers arrive, or 15 minutes before your service is complete. It is important to have payment settled before the end of the event. 

Do you charge for setup?

No, we will arrive about 15-40 minutes before the start of scheduled time to set up, at no extra charge. Please note that if you would like entertainers to stay past the scheduled time, you will be charged in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate.

Do you charge travel?

Travel charges may apply to events based on location. We have a home base in Leduc and Spruce Grove, so travel fees may be waved dependent on entertainers availability. Most fees are $0.60/km

How many people can you face paint in one hour?

Approximately 10 faces per hour. This allows for about 5 minutes per child. We have quicker designs and some painters are faster than others, and it will be noted at time of booking the type of entertainer to best suite your booking based on number of attendees etc.

How long will the paint last for?

Face paint is activated by moisture, so if you want it to last longer, avoid touching it or getting your face  wet. Glitter tattoo’s may last up to five days and can be removed using gentle skin safe oils such as baby oil. coconut oil. Face paint may stain in certain cases and can be removed using makeup remover or oil.

Is face paint safe for faces?

We use professional facepaint from approved brands. We do recommend you do not have your babies under 2 face painted as they may have a reaction. Though most products are hypoallergenic, this does not guarantee no reaction. We will NOT face paint children with suspected skin irritations, cuts, scraps, recent bruises or other skin concerns. We will also recommend the child’s face is clean on food and other mess.

What is your minimum booking time?

You must book at least one hour. We may accept half hour increments added on to first hour.
