Do you charge for setup?
No, we do not charge extra for setup. Our team will arrive approximately 15–40 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up.

If you would like entertainers to stay past the scheduled time, additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.

When will my inflatable arrive?
Inflatable deliveries are scheduled to arrive early to ensure timely setup. However, due to multiple bookings, we do our best to accommodate each delivery accordingly. You may be asked to be on-site earlier than planned to ensure a smooth setup and delivery process.

Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees may apply based on your event location. Our home base is in Leduc, and travel fees may be waived depending on entertainer availability.

• Entertainers: $0.60/km

• Inflatables: $2.25/km

How many children can be face painted per hour?
Approximately 10 children per hour (about 5 minutes per child).
Some entertainers may be faster, and we offer quick design options. We’ll help select the right artist based on your event size and needs.

How long does the face paint last?
Face paint is moisture-activated. To make it last longer, avoid touching or getting the face wet.

• Face paint: May stain in some cases. Use oil or makeup remover to clean.

• Glitter tattoos: Can last up to five days and can be removed with baby oil or coconut oil.

Is face paint safe for faces?
We only use professional-grade, approved face paint brands. Most are hypoallergenic, but reactions can still occur.

• We do not paint children under 3 years old.

• We will not paint over cuts, rashes, bruises, or visible skin irritations.

• Faces should be clean of food and other mess before painting.

Can any child participate in face painting, balloons, or bouncy castles?
No. For safety and health reasons, children under 3 years old are not permitted to receive face painting, balloon twisting, or use bouncy castles.

What is your minimum booking time?
Our minimum booking time is 1 hour. You may add additional time in 30-minute increments after the first hour.

What is your cancellation and weather policy?

• Cancellations due to weather are refundable, but we ask that you consider rescheduling first.

• A $200 administrative fee is non-refundable and applies to all bookings.

• We cannot operate inflatables in rain or wind speeds exceeding 27 km/h.

Where do you deliver to and from?
Delivery includes transportation to and from your event location. Please ensure someone is on-site to receive the inflatable or equipment at the scheduled time. We have a home base in Leduc, but we accommodate all of Alberta and outside of .
